Workshops/Trainings

I love working with organizations to bring education and training to staff. I work medical professionals, counselors, social workers, educators, and business professionals to create trainings based in cultural humility, intersectional, and anti-oppression work. I have taught on topics around special consideration topics for LGBTS2QIA and Gender Diverse clients/patients, Intimacy Post-Cancer, How to Talk with your Clients/Patients about Sex, Holding Hard Conversations, and creating Trauma-Informed work environments. Pricing: $250/hour (Development time will be discussed before billing)

Mediation/Development

Organizations often find a point when there is a stuck point or need for some additional support for conversations and organization. I offer organizational mediation that is designed to what your needs are. I take a trauma-informed and transformational justice approach to repair, hold circle work, and create space for all voices to come into the room.
