I believe that understanding ourselves and the ways we move in the world requires movement, reflection, slowing down, and fascial, muscular, somatic listening. I offer a form of somatic and movement based coaching that is informed through poly-vagal theory, somatics, balance ans strenght training, Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and energy healing work. I work through an anti-oppression and trauma informed lens with individuals, various relationship structures, and groups. I hold awareness of my privilege in the therapeutic dynamic and invite conversation and healing around privilege and oppression on the ideological, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized levels.
My focus of work is with folks who have identities that intersect around pain/chronic illness, experience gender oppression and/or identify as Queer, Bisexual, Pansexual, Intersex, Lesbian, and/or Gay, sex workers, poly/open relationship building, and kink. I work with POC and multi-national individuals, with a focus on working with white identifying individuals who want to show up to the ways that race and whiteness interfere with their relational being.
