Individual Somatic Embodiment Therapy

$160/ 90-minute hour for individual sessions
I am currently taking new embodied movement clients. We schedule 90- minutes to allow for fullness of the session and allow for lower time constraints. This offering is available for folks who are looking to take a more embodied approach to what they are processing. This will combine movement, flow, somatic exercises, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, and attachment theories to help you move towards a fuller more integrated relationship with yourself.

Relational Reconnection

$2150 for Seattle based (Travel costs to be added elsewhere)

This package is designed to get to the heart of what matters in a short period. It is a great choice for relationships that are ready to focus and work together, want to reset, and build with each other. This package consists of 2 initial 50/minute sessions to establish context and understanding. We then meet for a full day (6 hour session) where we focus on somatic attachment work, attuning to each other and establishing relationship dynamics based in these principles. We will schedule a follow up appointment about 1 month after to check in and see what is needed next.

Educational Package

This package is designed for people who are looking for assistance with a specific dilemma or set of obstacles. These sessions will take a psycho-educational approach based on medical, psychological, and social barriers to assist you through your time of need. This is less like talk therapy and more like a series of workshops tailored to you/your partners needs. We will start with a 20 minute phone consult followed by a set of four 60-90minute sessions. More sessions are available as needed and agreed upon. 

Topics include:

- Sexuality and gender education 

- Sexuality and intimacy

- Sexuality and intimacy post-cancer or other life altering diagnosis

Pricing:

$650/individual or $800 for couples/families
